(Monday)Best Diet Plan Ever Special for loss weight(1 Month Challenge)
Monday:-
Breakfast:-
Wake-up at 6.00 AM .Take-bath with hot water.
7.00 AM :-
Eat SALAD:- Ingredients
At 8.00 AM take regular break fast. Butt avoid to take oily things.
At 12.00 PM Take 2 APPLES.
At 1.00 PM take regular Lunch but again avoid to take oily things.
At 3.00 PM take a cup of Green tea with zero cholesterol.
At 4.00 PM Eat as you wish but zero cholesterol. You can eat light meal.

- Vegetable
- Avocado
- Greens
- Cabbage
- Zucchini
- Green bean

- Pine nutts

At 12.00 PM Take 2 APPLES.
At 1.00 PM take regular Lunch but again avoid to take oily things.
At 4.00 PM Eat as you wish but zero cholesterol. You can eat light meal.
At 7.00 PM Eat simple and none oily Dinner.
At 9.00 PM Drink Fresh juice.
